Residential Extension & Renovation - Waramanga
Location: Waramanga
Home Renovation
3 Months
THE PROJECT
Not every Joinery Haus CBR project starts from a blank slab. This residential extension and renovation required a different kind of precision: delivering updated joinery across six spaces, kitchen, laundry, bedroom robes and desks, bathroom vanity, ensuite vanity, and linen, that integrated seamlessly with an existing home, without the home feeling patched or inconsistent.

THE CHALLENGE
Quantum Quartz Bianco Venato and Alpine White established a clean, timeless benchmark across the kitchen and wet areas, a palette calibrated to hold its quality over time, not just at handover. Polytec Tasmanian Oak and Estella Oak Woodmatt brought textural warmth to the robe and laundry spaces, while polyurethane finishes allowed precision colour matching across new and existing surfaces. Momo Milano handles provided a refined contemporary touchpoint throughout.
Floating shelves in the kitchen and living areas introduced display flexibility without weight. A bi-fold appliance cabinet resolved the perennial problem of appliance visibility, keeping things accessible when needed, concealed when not, without dedicating a fixed run of cabinetry to a pantry door.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The material palette was assembled to flex across contexts without fracturing the overall aesthetic. Caesarstone Fresh Concrete and Turbine Grey anchored the kitchen in a cool, architectural tone. Skheme Capraia Grande Marble introduced softness and luxury in the vanity spaces, while Navurban Ravenswood and Polytec Amaro Matt and Bottega Oak Woodmatt brought warm timber textures that unified the utility and living zones. Hafele hardware, paired with Momo Baracco and Castella Urbane handles - including custom-made versions - ensured every touchpoint felt resolved and intentional. The custom Two Tease pivot door commands the home’s entry sequence with architectural confidence.
The stone-clad powder room vanity transforms a frequently overlooked space into a design highlight. Polytec architectural doors, fully integrated appliances, and sensor lighting complete a home where every surface has been considered, not just covered.

THE OUTCOME
This renovation demonstrates that Joinery Haus CBR’s capability extends well beyond new builds. Delivered in three months, the project reflects the spatial intelligence and field confidence needed to deliver fine joinery in conditions that are never perfectly controlled.
