Mid-Size Residential New Build - Hackett

THE CHALLENGE

The brief centred on warmth, precision, and a subtle layering of detail that felt elevated without being overwrought. The client wanted custom colour work and tactile surface interest throughout, achieved without disrupting the home’s clean compositional logic, all within a programme that left no room for rework.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Caesarstone Organic White established a bright, unfussy base in the kitchen. Polyurethane V-groove doors introduced subtle relief and shadow to the cabinetry faces, a detail that reads quietly but contributes meaningfully to the home’s sense of craft. Laminex Chamboard Matt and Chalk White maintained matte surface consistency throughout, and Polytec Boston Oak Woodmatt brought timber warmth to the robes and living spaces. Handle House C20 Melbourne Bar handles completed a considered, cohesive material story. Wall cladding expanded perceived depth in key spaces, while floating shelves in the living areas replaced bulk cabinetry with open display that maintains a sense of volume. The custom colour program, developed specifically for this home, produced a finish unique to this project and this client.
